Dustbane Foundation is a durable floor sealer designed to provide long-lasting protection for both resilient and non-resilient flooring. Its 16% solids formula fills and seals small pores as it hardens, creating a smoother surface that improves floor finish adhesion while helping protect the underlying flooring from dirt, stains, and everyday wear. Its detergent-resistant formula provides a strong base for an effective floor-care program.
Suitable for most resilient and non-resilient floors, Foundation is ideal for commercial buildings, schools, property management facilities, retail spaces, offices, and other high-traffic environments. The low-odour, unscented formula is well suited for scent-sensitive facilities and is UL ECOLOGO® certified. Apply 2–3 coats using a clean mop or sprayer, allowing approximately 30–60 minutes of drying time between applications.
