Warranty Policy

Our warranty policy applies only to  "Equipment"

  • Warranties for all equipment are 1 year Parts and Labour.  
  • In order to claim a warranty, an email must be sent to us to info@3star.ca with the subject title "WARRANTY CLAIM" with:
    • Order number
    • Problem occurring with the machine
    • Photographs/Video where applicable
  • A Warranty Claim Form will be sent to you to attach with your machine.
    • The machine must be sent back to our location for a warranty inspection at the expense of the customer. 
      • Once the item is received, inspected, and determined to have a warranty defect, Three Star will issue an immediate refund of the shipping charge incurred by the customer.  The machine will be repaired and sent back free of charge.
        • To receive your money back, a receipt of the shipping charge will need to be provided to ensure the customer receives a full refund.
      • If the machine turns out to be a user problem, the machine will be shipped back at the users expense with no refund.
    • No machine will be accepted if there was not an email sent and a Warranty Claim form attached.

      • Kindly note that 90% of the "warranty claims" we receive turn out to be user issues (Clogged hoses, burnt belt, rollers installed wrong, dry vacuum picking up water, etc.).  Please do your due diligence before sending us a warranty claim.
