Return Policy

Three Star Safety and Cleaning Supplies is committed to providing excellent customer service.  This includes ensuring that our customers are happy with their purchases.  If you would like to return the purchase, we will be glad to refund your order if it meets the following requirements:

  • All returns must have an RMA Form (Return Merchandise Authorization).  In order to obtain this, please email us at info@3star.ca with the subject title "RETURN REQUEST" along with your
    • Order number
    • Name and address under which your purchase was ordered
    • The name of product as well as quantity you are returning
  • The RMA Form must be placed with the returned item.  If it is not, the return will be refused and sent back to the sender
  • Please allow 24-48 hours after the return request has been submitted to receive the RMA Form

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

  • NO RETURNS ON ANY MACHINES (VACUUMS, FLOOR MACHINES, BURNISHERS, CARPET EXTRACTORS, AIR MOVERS, SWEEPERS, AND SCRUBBERS)
  • 25% RESTOCKING FEE on ALL Returns
  • Return request must be made within 15 days after customer has received his item
  • Item must be in ORIGINAL PACKAGING in BRAND NEW condition in order to be eligible for returns.  If an item is NOT in its original packaging, it will be refused and sent back to the customer
  • Items that have been used will NOT be eligible for returns
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
    • If the return is a warranty issue, the customer will pay for shipping.  Once the item is received, inspected and determined to be a warranty problem, Three Star will issue an immediate refund of the shipping charge incurred by the customer.  
    • To receive your money back, a receipt of the shipping charge will need to be provided to ensure the customer receives a full refund.

DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
  • If a product has been damaged during shipping, an email must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.  The email must be sent to: info@3star.ca with the subject title "DAMAGED SHIPMENT"
  • In the email, we will require photographs of all damages including the box and content inside
  • All emails for damaged products must provide:
    • Order number
    • Name and address under which your purchase was ordered
    • Pictures of damages
  • If the package and content inside are both severely damaged, you may refuse the delivery and the product will be sent back to our office.  If this happens, please inform us immediately via email so we can arrange a refund or replacement as soon as possible.  The email must be sent to: info@3star.ca with the subject title "REFUSED SHIPMENT"

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS:

  • Special Order Items
  • Used Items
  • Items not in original packaging
  • PPE Products (Masks, Gloves, Face Shield, Ear Plugs)
  • NO RETURNS ON ANY MACHINES (VACUUMS, FLOOR MACHINES, BURNISHERS, CARPET EXTRACTORS, AIR MOVERS, SWEEPERS, AND SCRUBBERS)
